본 앱은 다음의 정보를 수집·이용합니다.
- Google Play 게임즈 플레이어 ID — 클라우드 저장, 리더보드 순위 기능을 제공하기 위해 사용됩니다. 이 ID 는 Google 이 관리하며, 개발자 서버에 별도 저장되지 않습니다.
- 게임 진행 데이터 — 최고 클리어 스테이지, 보유 골드, 보유 아이템, 광고 제거 구매 여부, 언어 설정. 기기 내 로컬 저장 및 Google Play 세이브드 게임 (스냅샷) 에 저장됩니다.
- Google 광고 ID (AAID) — Google AdMob 이 맞춤형 광고 및 이상 트래픽 탐지 목적으로 사용합니다.
- 인앱 결제 내역 — Google Play Billing 을 통해 처리되며, 개발자는 영수증 상태만 앱 내에서 확인합니다. 신용카드 등 결제 수단 정보는 Google 이 직접 처리하며 개발자에게 전달되지 않습니다.
본 앱은 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 연락처, 사진, 위치, 카메라, 마이크 등의 별도 권한을 요구하지 않습니다.

4. 개인정보 보유 및 이용 기간
본 앱은 개발자 측 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 별도의 개인정보 데이터베이스를 보유하지 않습니다. 모든 진행 데이터는 사용자의 기기 로컬 저장소 및 Google 의 클라우드 서비스에 저장됩니다. 사용자가 앱을 삭제하면 로컬 데이터는 삭제되며, Google 클라우드 저장은 Google 계정 설정에 따라 관리됩니다.
5. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

This Privacy Policy describes how SGB Studio ("we", "developer") handles personal information through the mobile game 3 NEON TILES ("the App"). By installing and using the App, you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Google Play Games Player ID — used to provide cloud save and leaderboard features. Managed by Google; not stored on any developer server.
- Game progress data — maximum cleared stage, gold balance, owned items, ad-removal purchase status, language preference. Stored locally on device and in Google Play Saved Games (Snapshots).
- Google Advertising ID (AAID) — used by Google AdMob for ad personalization and invalid-traffic detection.
- In-app purchase records — processed through Google Play Billing. The developer only observes receipt status; payment method details (credit card, etc.) are handled directly by Google and never transmitted to the developer.
The App does not request access to your name, email, phone, contacts, photos, location, camera, or microphone.
2. How Data Is Collected
- Automatically via the Google Play Games SDK upon sign-in.
- Automatically via the Google AdMob SDK on app launch and when ads load.
- Via the Google Play Billing library at the time of a purchase request.
3. Purpose of Use
- Cross-device synchronization of game progress (cloud save).
- Global player leaderboard.
- Ad delivery and advertising ID-based traffic analysis.
- Processing and restoring in-app product purchases.
4. Data Retention
The developer does not operate any backend server nor maintain any personal-data database. All progress data is stored on the user's device and in Google's cloud services. Uninstalling the App removes local data; Google cloud storage is governed by the user's Google account settings.

6. Children's Privacy
The App is not primarily directed at children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and will delete such information promptly if identified.

- You may reset your Google Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
- You may uninstall the App to stop all local data processing.
8. Security Measures
- All data is transmitted through Google's encrypted channels.
- The developer operates no backend server, eliminating server-side exposure risk.
